Equipped for families, this Rez de Neige offers parents unparalleled comfort: skis on, in addition to the nearby ESF (View of the Piou-Piou from the apartment), direct access from the 3 terraces on the slopes and the mountains allow for an easy break if necessary during the day and for children to play outside under the constant supervision of parents if necessary. When the ski lifts close, the slopes are transformed into an incredible and safe play area: snow games, tobogganing, etc. In summer, we take out our bikes, snowshoes and even our swimsuits to cool off in the stream in front of the apartment.

Arrival
Arrival from 4 p.m. Personalized welcome or key box. Possibility of unloading luggage in front of the residence then elevator.

Departure
Return the keys to the key box. An exit inventory will be communicated to us by the person in charge of end-of-stay cleaning. The security deposit will be returned to you as soon as this person has confirmed to us that there is no damage to the apartment. Allow a maximum of one week for reimbursement.

The apartment offers quality materials (granite kitchen worktop, wood wall covering thermal and sound insulation, carpet in bedrooms, ceramic sinks in bathroom, equipment, TV, NEW household appliances, etc. Please respect your place of residence vacation.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of 950 euros must be given upon entering the premises. It will be returned no later than 10 days following release.
The security deposit must not be considered by the tenant as a contribution to the payment of the rent. It is used in the event of damage committed by the tenant. If the amount of losses exceeds the amount of this deposit, the tenant undertakes to pay the damage after the inventory of fixtures on departure. The owner undertakes to justify the amount necessary to rehabilitate the accommodation. In the event of non-amicable settlement, the district court of the location of the rental has jurisdiction.
